· 30 Pheasants (6 bird release limit per gun on released hunts.)

· Reduced Rate Purchases on Additional Birds

· Hunting Preserve Property for Previously Liberated Birds.

· 3 guest passes for hunting previously liberated birds.

· 2 previously liberated pheasant limit daily.

· Parties hunting released birds will take priority.

· 3 guest passes to jump shoot ducks from our Creeks & Ponds.

· All NYS and Federal Migratory Bird Regulations in Force.

· Use of Bird Cleaning Station.

· Use of Clubhouse Bar

· Use of Dog Training Area and Bird Launcher.

· Use of Sporting Clays Range (Must Provide Your Own Clay)

· Transportation into the field is available.

· We will check on you periodically to releave you of your game and to offer refreshment.  Our clubhouse as well as our Polaris Ranger 4x4 are always well stocked with complimentary water and soda for our guests and their dogs.

· Other hunters will be a rarity and you will experience utmost privacy throughout your hunt.

· You will never feel rushed at Pheasants On The Flats. We encourage you to take time working your dog and enjoying our varied landscape.

· After the hunt, relax in the clubhouse and tell stories of the hunt or hunts past.
